How SweatScans collects, uses, and protects your information — including the sweat measurements and workout details behind your results.

Account details you give us: name, email, and password (handled by our auth provider — we never see your raw password).
Order and shipping details needed to send you a kit and process payment.
The measurements behind your results: the sweat samples you mail in, and the workout details you enter (duration, body weight before/after, conditions).
Basic technical data your browser sends when you use the site (e.g. device and log information).
To run your test, compute your results, and show your sweat profile.
To fulfill and ship your order, and to provide support when you contact us.
To send transactional email (order, shipping, and results notifications) and — only if you opt in — occasional product email you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
Authentication and data storage run on Supabase infrastructure.
Transactional and marketing email is delivered through our email provider.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run SweatScans, or when required by law.
Your sweat measurements and the insights derived from them are yours. We use them to deliver and improve your analysis, not to identify you to third parties.
The physical sample you mail in is consumed in analysis; collection materials are disposed of after analysis and are not returned or retained.
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and associated results, by emailing us.
Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or from your notification settings.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
SweatScans is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
This Privacy Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service, which govern your use of SweatScans.
